Background: Persia is a Tallonite born and bred. A child of the city, she is intimately familiar with its streets, rooftops alleys and sewers. Abandoned by her mother at the threshold of maturity, she was forced to learn to survive by her wits. She used her natural talents to pursue the life of a thief, though she chooses her targets carefully, never stealing from those who cannot afford it, and usually trying to steal from those who deserve it.
She learned after being captured once that her mother had been a personal friend of the Archon. Although she had given vague hints that this was so, she had never brought Persia to meet him. The Archon has used his influence on several occasions to soften the consequences of or to pardon Persia's extralegal activities. She realizes that there may well be limits on his beneficence.

Personality: Persia has a full range of cat-like behavior, of course. She is independant, graceful and loves comfort. She also has a sense of social justice. She often steals to benefit the downtrodden (with a hefty cut for herself, of course).

Powers/Tactics: Persia is exceptionally quick and agile. She uses this to her benefit in combat, using acrobatic maneuvers when possible. She is a skilled sword-wielder and uses a short sword when possible. She also depends on her heightened sense to warn her of danger.

Appearance: Persia is short and lithe. She has a dark coat fading to white muzzle and front. She is an extremely humanoid beast, even more so than her mother. She does not wear shoes or sandles. She takes pride in her appearance and grooms often.
